Update: On June 15, 2023, the district court re-affirmed its approval of the settlement. Objector Jenna Dickenson has filed an appeal of that order. However, class member Jenna Dickenson has filed an appeal from the Final Approval Order, which means distributions to Class Members cannot begin until that appeal is resolved.
