JOHN W. FANNING

In Mr. Fanning's ten (10) years as an expert witness he has represented the plaintiffs nine (9) times and the defendants on eight (8) cases. He has appeared in court and been deposed several times and in 2016 and 2017 he testified in court and was deposed... Mr. Fanning has a M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, has written two books on the Developmentally Disabled.
