J. FRANK MCKENNA

Mr. McKenna is a lawyer with more than 40 years experience in commercial, construction and international arbitration and litigation. He has served as both an arbitrator and as an advocate in numerous multi-million dollar disputes involving multiple parties and national and international businesses. Mr. McKenna is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, and has also been selected as a party appointed arbitrator. He has served as a Special Master in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County and presided over jury trials and a non-jury trial. He has also served as a Special Master in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is a past President of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and is a member of the American Law Institute, the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, The American Bar Association, The Pennsylvania Bar Association and other professional..
