Pat has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and has experience both as a contractor and corporate project manager. Prior to starting Kalon, Pat managed over 350 commercial properties for a nationwide company. Pat's duties included real estate, facilities management and new site development of corporate properties within the U.S, Canada and Puerto Rico. Provided board level reporting to executive committee with detailed project planning, overview and financial projections. Pat's final year netted annual real estate operating cost savings in excess of 1.8 million. It was the belief to strategically save companies money in a creative and financially responsible way that led to the creation of Kalon Construction
Raphael has 28 years of experience in the construction industry. As Chief Operating Officer, Raphael is responsible for the development, design, operation and the day-to-day functions of Kalon Construction. He works closely with Pre-construction, Design, Project Management and Field Personnel to ensure operations are running efficiently and effectively, making certain projects remain on task, on schedule and on budget.
Raphael provides leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure that Kalon Construction is successful for both the customer and company.

Stephen has 18 plus years of experience in the construction, maintenance and designing of telecommunications sites and systems. Stephen's vast experience in this industry includes building and designing a wide range of sites from concept to completion for AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and more. Experience and exceptional management skills ensures Stephen is the right person to get the job done.
