Charles leads our Financial Services division and is a partner in our M&A Transaction Services practice based in Geveva. He has over 15 years' experience in Europe, Asia and North America with a special focus on Financial Services. He has substantial cross border experience and specialises in acquisitions and/or divestments, as well as IPOs and other forms of capital raisings. He has deep knowledge of financial services and infrastructure M&A sectors.
Michael Peters, is a Partner of KLS's Merger & Acquisition Transaction Services practice. Peter has advised clients on many acquisitions covering various industries. He specializes in preparing tax due diligence and structuring services and tax-related advice with respect to purchase agreements, tax attribute utilization, and post-transactional planning.
Steven Wright is a partner specialising in international tax, with a focus on Asian and South American inbound investment into Switzerland and in structured finance and financial services. He currently provides guidance to a wide range of multinationals in the transportation, real estate and banking sector.
Mr. Kennedy is 49 years old and a graduate of strict British education. Born and raised in Cambridge, England , William Kennedy became an .I.T., Leader by the age of 24. He was quick to discover a niche in the industry and positioned himself and his company in a very competitive industry growing his company to over 32 million pounds in sales per year in only their second year of operations. Since those early years Mr . Kennedy has been involved in the Capital Markets for the better part of the last 20 years. With over 15 million pounds under management William Kennedy has been in the industry of growing, capitalizing companies as well as exploiting market trends to give clients full advantage of speculative venture strategies.
