I have been a practicing lawyer for over 20 years and successfully operated my own law firm for 19 of those years. I relocated and sold my firm. I have had 16 associates employed at my firm over the years. The skills that I developed over the years as an entrepreneur and a very busy lawyer, have helped me mentor many law students, lawyers, and other professionals to specifically grow their careers or transition between positions within a firm, or to another firm. I have proven results in mentoring and coaching, and unlike most lawyer coaches I have over a decade of practical experience in addition to operating a robust firm, and have employed 11 associates.
