KO Craft was founded in January 2016 with the idea of making a better musubi maker. The existing molds on the market were small and required a lot of time to make many musubi at once. Ko Craft designed a 9-cavity mold to make the process easier. Another problem was that molds were made of acrylic or plastic and were not durable enough for commercial operations. Ko Craft Designs are tailored to family useage and commerical restaurant usage. They are designed for durability with innovative features to address all the differnt needs of demanding cooks... Our goal is to provide the tools that you need to make great tasting musubi to compliment your menu. We strive for product excellence and customer satisfaction.
