Founded in 2008 by Bill Costello (WBC Super-light weight Champion) and Allen Nace of the Kingston PAL Boxing Club to build a supportive boxing environment that could grow boxing and recognize those who have made significant contribution to the sport. Billy and Allen were joined by PAL co-founder Aaron Fitzgerald, and Coach Chris Mostacero. Other involved people have since been added.
