Kenneth M. Kaleel

For more than three decades, Kenneth M. Kaleel, Esq. has been assisting businesses and individuals in South Florida with real property matters and governmental relations, business matters, and estates. He also represents developers and individuals in all aspects of commercial and residential real property transactions. He is a long-standing member of the Attorneys' Title Fund Services, LLC (Old Republic National Title Insurance Company) as well as a part of the Fund's President's Circle. His unique approach to these cases combines his work as an attorney with his extensive real-world experience in many of these areas. From 1998 to 2012, he served as mayor of Ocean Ridge, Florida, where he has also been on the Board of Adjustment and the Planning and Zoning Board. He has also served on the Boynton Beach Occupational License Board, is a former president of the Palm Beach County League of Cities, and a former board member of the Florida League of Cities. Kaleel is also a longtime devotee of community service and has championed the causes of numerous organizations, including the YMCA, Rotary Club, Bethesda Hospital Foundation, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, Palm Beach County Healthcare Administration, Lupus Foundation, Schoolhouse Children's Museum, Juvenile Diabetes Association, Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Florida Bar Foundation, The Ohio State University, and the University of Miami. Kaleel graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Mark D. McWilliams

Mark D. McWilliams is a member of the Florida Bar and is a non-practicing certified public accountant in both Florida and Ohio. Mr. McWilliams earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova University's Shepard Broad Law School with high honors (cum laude). Mr. McWilliams concentrates on resolving complex and controversial issues in various practice areas, including charitable giving and tax-exempt organizations corporate law, probate & estate planning, administration and litigation, trusts administration and litigation, taxation, real estate, condominiums, closely held businesses, and guardianships. Mr. McWilliams was a senior staff writer for the International Law Journal published by Nova University's Shepard Broad law school. Upon graduating law school McWilliams served as a staff attorney for the Judges on the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County. He is also a member of the United States Tax Court, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and a member of the Real Property & Trust section of the Florida Bar. Mr. McWilliams volunteers helping military families through the TAPS (Tragedy Assistant Program for Survivors) and served as a Board Member for the Institute for Sexual Survivors and was the Treasurer of Juvenile Diabetes Association of Palm Beach County and has served on various other associations. He was also a lecturer for Lorman Education Services.
