Andrew J. Knez

Andrew J Knez earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from California State University Fullerton. He went on to pursue his law degree at University of La Verne College of Law. During his undergraduate studies, Andrew worked as an intern at the College Legal Clinic at California State University Fullerton. In that position, he managed several case files and assisted the community in receiving affordable and reliable legal services. Andrew attributes this experience as developing his appreciation for the law, and its positive impact on our communities. During college, Andrew also worked as a paralegal where he gained hands on experience in civil litigation. While attending law school, Andrew worked as an intern with the Disability Rights Legal Clinic. In this position, Andrew assisted disabled individuals receive valuable legal services and assisted in the litigation of disability rights cases. While attending law school, Andrew received several academic awards, including Cali Awards in subjects such as Insurance Law, and he was on the Dean's List. After being licensed to practice law, Andrew began litigating cases in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, family law, medical and legal malpractice, and employment law. Andrew has lead significant results for his clients in the above areas of law. Andrew is admitted to the United States Central District of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association. Andrew Knez and his wife have two children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, bicycling, and playing music.

Fred J. Knez

Fred J. Knez graduated from University of Colorado where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He went on to pursue a law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California in 1979, where he was chairman of the Honor Board and a member of Law Review. For over thirty years, Fred Knez has been representing individuals and corporations in serious personal injury and business litigation (plaintiff and defendant). After service in the Army during the Vietnam War as a medic and medical laboratory technician, Fred Knez attended the University of Colorado. He then worked as an Insurance Adjuster for Allstate Insurance and as a private investigator before graduating from law school. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1980, the U.S. District Court in 1981, the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in 1983, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1984. Fred Knez and his wife Myra have four children and ten grandchildren. When time permits, Mr. Knez enjoys golf, fishing and riding his Harley.

Matthew J. Knez graduated from the University of Redlands in California where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing. He went on to pursue his Law Degree at the University of LaVerne, College of Law in Ontario, California. While pursuing his law degree he earned various awards, including CALI Award in Torts and he was on the Dean's List. Mr. Knez was also a member of the Justice and Immigration Clinic where he worked with people seeking asylum into the United States from countries where they had experienced persecution or threat of persecution. Additionally, Mr. Knez was a member of Law Review where he was an Associate Editor and published a Law Review article on California family custody move-away cases. Matthew J. Knez began working as a paralegal while attending law school in the evenings at the University of La Verne, College of Law. During that time, he assisted in a variety of cases involving personal injury, business litigation, professional negligence, and family law. Additionally, while pursuing his Juris Doctorate he worked with the Justice and Immigration Clinic at the University of La Verne, College of Law in asylum cases. He also published his Law Review article on issues related to child custody move-away cases and the disparity of the best interest factors under the family code. Matthew J. Knez is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, Riverside County Bar Association, San Bernardino County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Boy Scouts of America, and St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Mr. Knez and his wife have four kids. When Mr. Knez is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, and enjoys hiking, golf, baseball and music.
