Kathy Stanford Jackson is the founder and president of Knowledge Process. She has been involved with the research, development, testing, and implementation of Policies, Processes, and Procedures for dozens of companies. She has been responsible for the oversight of many project tasks including conducting research, developing processes, testing content, authoring manuals, and training users.
Kathy has developed the Policies, Processes, and Procedures for many global projects. She has experience with many industries, including Banking, Finance, Manufacturing, and Information Technology. Kathy has spent her career working with companies to develop and improve their Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
Kathy's extensive background and expertise led her to develop the eDocumentation Process ® that addresses the many disciplines and technologies that may affect the development of Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
