Blessed by our location, in the heart of the Languedoc, we work in one of the world's largest wine producing regions. It's a fabulous wine lab because of its amazing diversity of climates, terroirs and wine partners offering a whole range of local to international grape varieties, from traditional to modern winemaking techniques. Over the years, our team has created a strong partnership with many local partners from Gascony through to the Languedoc region.
