Aaron Marcus joined Lexin Capital in September 2014 as a Financial Associate in Lexin's accounting group where he has a role in the day-to-day operations of Lexin's portfolio of companies. From 2009 to 2014, Aaron held tax accounting positions with AIG, Centerline Capital and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Marcus graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance.

Dennis Biales is a Vice President of Finance and is based in New York. Dennis joined Lexin in 2006 where he oversees Lexin's financial reporting, tax and accounting areas. In addition, he plays a key role in the firm's asset management activities. From 1994 to 2006 he was in a similar position at Delma Associates, a private real estate investment company with diversified holdings in the United States and Canada. He began his career in public accounting and focused primarily on investment companies and real estate clients. Mr. Biales graduated from C.W. Post College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lenan Ye is a staff accountant at Lexin Capital in New York, joining the team in May 2013. She insures accurate financial reporting of asset portfolios. Prior to Lexin, she was an accountant with Eve Pearl cosmetics, responsible for both wholesale and retail operations. Ms. Ye graduated from St. John's University with a Masters of Science in Accounting.

Metin Negrin is the Founder and President of Lexin Capital and is based in New York City. He is responsible for strategic direction of the firm, selecting and underwriting the investments, asset management oversight as well as investor relationships. His experience includes all kinds of property types as well as both debt and equity capital structures. Mr. Negrin personally invests his capital into every deal and a majority of his net worth is invested into Lexin Capital investments. Prior to founding Lexin Capital, Mr. Negrin was a founding partner and chief operating officer of The Athena Group (from 1993 to 2000) where he solicited, evaluated, structured and managed Athena's domestic and international investments. Prior to joining Athena in 1993, Mr. Negrin worked for three years with LaSalle Partners (New York) in the Corporate Finance and Land groups. In addition, he worked at Citibank as a credit analyst from 1988 to 1990. Mr. Negrin has an MBA in finance and a BS in economics from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Tatyana Khvan is a Vice President and is based in New York. Prior to joining Lexin Capital in November 2004, Ms Khvan was an Associate Director at UBS, where she worked for three years in the investment banking division and a year in the equities division. Ms Khvan was a financial analyst at The Athena Group in 1997-1999. Ms Khvan holds a Masters in Finance from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
