Our Mission is to introduce players to the sport of Gaelic Football on Long Island. To participate in a sport that has been played in Ireland since 1884, following the GAA rules. Players can be male or female in the Minor Division and male players for the Senior division. Experience your Irish Heritage through sport... The Long Island Gaels F.C. was founded in 2005. We have multiple Minor Teams and a Senior team for Gaelic Football. Minor players are girls and boys... We are currently registering new players for our Gaelic football teams, boys and girls ages six and up.
