His fiduciary duties include, Annual budget administration, Payroll, Accounting, Billing, Maintaining Banking relations, Audit control, Capital Equipment purchases and maintenance. Mr. McGourty maintains a professional staff by hiring Key Personnel. He also Develops policies and procedures, Monitors Safety standards and Enforces all Rules and Regulations regarding Safety. Mr. McGourty holds a degree in Project Management.
