WEEKLY CHALLENGE set by Coach @whitebearandy 10th May: Consistency is King Hello Team, Apologies for not getting this out last night, but don't worry the weekly challenge isn't going anywhere! Great to see so many of you getting involved. We're sticking with the pacing theme, this weeks challenge will be to 3 x 8 minute workout where each 8 minute effort should be around the same pace. There's a couple options of here in terms of how you go about it.
