LYSTERFIELD SAILING CLUB

We provide excellent racing year round, with both a summer and winter series. We race weekly from October through to May (for our summer series) and every second Saturday from June to September during our winter series... We also host open training and open days with a formal sailing school for those wishing to learn to sail small boats to a standard that will allow them to confidently handle a boat or begin racing as a novice racer... To encourage younger sailors, we provide Tackers Optimist class boats for use by junior members. These are an excellent way to build confidence as they are simple enough to be fun whilst challenging enough to keep kids interest and best of all - they are unsinkable.
