Alphonso Paulk is the Vice President of Operations for Mach 1 Security. Mr. Paulk focuses on establishing top-notch security officers for all clients following his 27 years of service in the US Army. Mr. Paulk is responsible for managing the varied and complex operations of the company.
Mr. Paulk served on active duty in the U.S. Army as an Infantryman from 1983 until 2014. During his Army career, he was assigned multiple responsibilities that focused primarily on the security of America both domestic and overseas deployment locations. While serving at Hohenfels, Germany, his position of leadership and responsibility was the Counter-IED Joint Robotics NCOIC throughout Europe and Afghanistan. In addition, Mr. Paulk's leadership positions included Team Leader, Squad Leader, G-4 Plans & Operation NCOIC, Platoon Sergeant, Infantry Company 1SG, Drill Sergeant, US Army Recruiter, US Army Ranger Instructor, Robotics System Joint Project Office Afghanistan NCOIC, and First Sergeant. In 2003, Mr. Paulk joined Securitas Security Inc. USA as the Human Resource Specialist and was promoted to Branch Manager. In 2005, he joined the Cobb County Public School System as a U.S. Army Junior ROTC Instructor at Pebblebrook High School. Mr. Paulk continues to serve the public by providing expertise in the security industry in support of Mach 1 Security mission.

Dwayne grew up in North Carolina. After high school he had several opportunities to play college football instead of accepting those offer, he chose to serve his country in the U.S. Army. Dwayne's army career expanded over 20 years. While serving his country Dwayne held various leadership positions. These positions included Brigade level Sergeant Major (596 Transportation Group), Division Transportation Sergeant Major (3rd Infantry Division (M)), First Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, Drill Sergeant, Equal Opportunity Representative along with other tactical and staff positions.
Dwayne is an active member of ASIS International. He holds a certification in Homeland Security with the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute (ACFEI) with a five level designation. Dwayne is also a NC and GA state certified instructor. He is also a certified Red Cross First Aid, AED and CPR instructor.
Dwayne earned undergraduate degrees in Business Administration from Methodist College and Business Management from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He also earned a Masters in Management and Leadership from Liberty University.
Dwayne is very active in his community. He serves on his church's community outreach ministries where he volunteers at various shelters and youth, adult and senior citizen group homes in the Atlanta Metro area. He is a member of Cobb County's Partner in Education program. He also volunteers as a community football coach for Whitefield Academy's 5/6th grade football team as well as coaches football, basketball and baseball at First Baptist Church of Smyrna Upward Sports program. Additionally, he is an active (Life) member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated stated purpose is to attract and build a strong and effective force of men dedicated to its Cardinal Principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance, and uplift.
Dwayne serves on the board of Trustees for Atlanta Youth Academy (AYA) and Wolfpack Fourth and Ten ( A non-profit that assist student athletes with attending independent school). Dwayne is married to Dr. Annisha Ellis and have three children - Dwayne II-(US Army), Tori and Joshua.
Robert began his career in the security industry in 1996 as an officer with Argenbright Security. In 1998 he was elevated to a management position with Barton Protective Services. Throughout his career he has held various management positions for companies such as Allied Barton Universal and SecurAmerica. His focus is client relations with an emphasis on retention. Robert is a self-starter who assists in the day to day operations at Mach 1 Security. His responsibilities include personnel management and account oversite. Robert's background also includes military experience as he served in the US Army from 1979 - 1983.

Tamika Sanders is the HR Generalist for Mach 1 Security Services. She attended George C. Wallace State College in Alabama. Tamika initially began her career in the healthcare industry in the year 2001 working in long-term geriatric and pediatric care. Tamika later decided to pursue other career goals by becoming an HR Specialist. Tamika is a seasoned HR professional with over 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, offboarding, and management. Tamika is very passionate and dedicated to fostering a positive workplace culture, facilitating employee development and the recruitment of professional security officers for Mach 1 Security Services.
