Tamer Dowidar, CEO of Makadi Heights affiliated with Orascom Development Holding Company, revealed the company's plan to speed up the project's implementation rates during the next year. He added that next year, Makadi Heights will be relying mainly on technology and smart services to manage the city and provide various services. Tamer Dowidar, CEO of Makadi Heights said that 2750 housing units have been sold in the project out of a total of 9000 units in the city. He explained that more than 63% of the project's sales during the first nine months of this year took place outside Egypt, which reflects the confidence that Orascom Development enjoys with customers abroad.
