The Maher law firm is an AV rated business and litigation firm which was founded in 1992 by Michael K. Maher and Cynthia R. Maher. Prior to forming their own firm, both Mr. Maher and Ms. Maher were partners at large regional and national firms. However, the firm was founded on the mission statement that more responsive and cost effective service could be provided to their clients in a smaller environment. The firm has attempted to turn the clock back to the days when a client could retain high quality lawyers for a reasonable fee. The firm is proud to be the "go to" lawyers for difficult and/or sensitive litigation matters for corporate clients who often use larger firms for their legal services as well. Although the firm is located in Orange County, the firm handles matters in both state and federal courts throughout California.
