He joined Mango Advisor in 2016 as Vice President, since then has grown to the rank of Director where he is leading and expanding the real estate debt syndication business in Pune & Gujarat. Prior to Joining Mango, he was heading Corporate Banking division at Kotak and Yes Bank and held various leadership position.
Sandeep is widely recognized as a seasoned industry leader with over three decades of expertise spanning Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and Business Growth & Turnaround Strategy. During his remarkable 18-year tenure at Kotak, Sandeep played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's trajectory as a member of the Kotak Leadership Team. Notably, he demonstrated unparalleled prowess in building and nurturing two highly successful and immensely profitable ventures: Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Home Finance.
