Jason Adams brings over two decades of experience building and perfecting construction practices and techniques. In 2012, he established Sinclair Construction Group with a mission to deliver superior concrete construction, underlined by principles of integrity, performance, and excellence. He founded MEGASLAB when he and Sylvester Schmidt invented a better, cleaner, more durable way to create concrete.
Sylvester Schmidt, an expert in concrete technology with over 40 years in the industry, leads MEGASLAB's technology division. His proficiency in concrete, fibers, and chemical admixtures fuels our pursuit of innovation.
