M.E Minds was created in 2018 by two friends, Eloise Herbert and Merita Mitchell. Both women, driven and actively involved in their communities, decided to invest their skills and talents by building a platform to empower individuals and groups to change the way they perceive and talk to themselves; to inspire them to reach their fullest potential and live their best lives. They believe that this transformation can be attained by coaching people to reframe their thought process and tap into their innate abilities through workshops, seminars, webinars and other interactive forums... At M.E Minds, our mission is to motivate and empower individuals to transform their attitudes and seek their fullest potential... M.E Minds offer workshops, seminars and webinars that empowers individuals and groups to love and accept themselves. We also help them identify and learn ways they can attain their fullest potentials.
