Domenic J. Itri

Domenic Itri has worked as a legal investigator on FELA cases for railroad employees for 30 years. During that time he has built close relationships with employees at CSX, PATH, Norfolk Southern, New Jersey Transit, Conrail and Keolis, and Amtrak, and developed a keen understanding of railroad operations and practices. Domenic is an extremely resourceful investigator who works aggressively on behalf of our clients to uncover evidence. Domenic has a keen understanding of Railroad Retirement Board benefits and insurances and helps our railroad clients navigate the litigation maze. Domenic is a proud veteran, having served in the United States Army for 11 years, both active duty and in the reserves. Following his active military career, Domenic became a legal investigator and has been helping injured railroaders fight for their rights in the legal system ever since. A native Philadelphian, Domenic lives in Philadelphia with his wife of 40 years, Cathy. They have two grown children, two granddaughters, and one grandson.

Gregory T. Lott

Greg Lott is a third-generation railroader. During his 38-year career, Greg worked for Penn Central, Conrail, Amtrak and SEPTA, as a block operator, yardmaster, chief train dispatcher, superintendent of train operations, and as safety chairman for the Philadelphia, Terminal, Baltimore Division of CSX.

Ivana Gonzalez

Ivana Gonzalez is the longest serving member of The Myers Firm. Ivana started out as a file clerk while attending high school at John W. Hallahan. Since then, she has risen to the position of office manager, working closely with the attorneys and office staff to manage the day to day operations for the entire firm. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Ivana is a proud mother to a toddler and she is expecting a new baby girl in August 2019.

Kathy Ho-Piccone

Michael J. Kelly

Mike Kelly has more than 25 years of experience as a legal investigator. Prior to this, Mike was a 16-year veteran of Amtrak, having worked as a machine operator, truck driver, track inspector, heavy equipment operator, and welder. Mike left the railroad as a result of an on-duty injury, yet maintains close ties to Amtrak and other railroads workers. As The Myers Firm's chief investigator, Mike gathers the evidence needed to build client cases by meeting with clients and witnesses, photographing accident sites and equipment, and working with our attorneys to develop case strategies.

Patrick J. Finn

Attorney Patrick Finn is a dedicated advocate who works tirelessly for his clients. Mr. Finn has won millions of dollars for injured railroad employees in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Florida, Ohio and Indiana. He also represents railroad employees who have been retaliated against by their employers, in Whistleblower Actions. In addition to railroad employees, Mr. Finn represents people seriously injured in automobile and trucking accidents, in workplace accidents, and through medical malpractice. A four-year offensive lineman for the College of William and Mary, Mr. Finn is a tenacious competitor who knows what it means to be part of a team. He also has behind-the-scenes insight into how corporations operate, having begun his legal career with a Philadelphia defense firm. In Mr. Finn's own words, "For me, it's about hard work and accountability. I am honored that my clients trust me and feel obligated to repay that trust by doing everything I can to ensure my clients win the compensation they deserve. Stephen M. Milone

Steve Milone, a third-generation railroader, had a 33-year career as an electrician for Conrail and Metro North. His mother and extended family worked for New York Central, and Steve's father was a truck driver for Railway Express. Steve served as a union official with IBEW Local 817 from 1981 until his retirement in 2014, as shop steward, financial secretary, vice president and president. As a delegate to the New York City Central Labor Council, comprised of 300 local labor organizations representing 1.3 million union workers, Steve remains active in the labor movement. Steve's experience and his strong connections in the New York and New Jersey are a tremendous resource for The Myers Firm in handling cases in those states. A native New Yorker, Steve graduated from Clarkstown High School in 1973. He lives with his wife, Barbara, in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey.

Tina Weaver

Tina Weaver has been a legal assistant for more than 30 years. Her brother is an Amtrak trackman and her husband owns a construction firm that provides heavy equipment and site work. Ms. Weaver is based in Lancaster, where she performs legal assistant duties and acts as liaison between The Myers Firm's Philadelphia office and our Lancaster-to-Harrisburg clients. Tina lives with her husband, Mark, in York, Pennsylvania. She is the mother of three sons and has two grandchildren.

William "Billy" Smith

William "Billy" Smith has four decades of railroad experience with Penn Central, Conrail, Amtrak and SEPTA. When Mr. Smith suffered a career-ending injury in 2011, he hired William Myers, who secured a large settlement for him. Billy now works with The Myers Firm as a legal investigator, helping the firm represent our other clients.
