MINDIL ACES SOCCER CLUB

In recent years the Club has sought to expand its base to the point where we can boast that we are the largest soccer Club in the NT, fielding teams in the men, women and junior competition of Darwin. Last year we had 10 junior teams in the under 6 to under 14 age range, 5 women's teams (open, under 18 and under 14) plus 4 senior men's teams, totalling over 300 players... We are a multicultural club representing the public, private and self employed sectors of Darwin and draw our financial resourcing from our own devices and some sponsorship... Apart from our commitments locally, the Club has been involved on the international stage for the past ten years through its participation in the International Soccer Sevens in Singapore. The tournament is invitation only and Mindil Aces continues to be the only Darwin club to be represented each year.
