Andrew Slattery has over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector with expertise in private banking, relationship management, credit structuring and investment management. He has held senior roles at leading firms NAB Private Wealth and ANZ Private. Andrew started his banking career at Citigroup in their Global Transactions business.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance), Graduate Diploma of Banking & Finance, Diploma in Financial Planning and Chartered Banker status.

Colin Robinson has in excess of thirty years' senior leadership experience in the Australian property finance sector, both from a major bank and mortgage fund background.
He has been the National Head of a major Bank's Commercial property lending division, and General Manager of a Mezzanine Mortgage Fund business in addition to direct property roles.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics, is a Fellow of Finsia; and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

David Bird is the Founder and Managing Director of International Wise Counsel, established in 1998. He has over thirty-five years experience in both commercial business advice and legal practice. David's expertise expansively includes client business development, financial representation, business tenders and presentation success.
David is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia, as well as the Chairman of the Australian Dingo Foundation. Over the last two decades he has sat on numerous ‘start up' Boards and Compliance Committees. He was also Chairman of La Trobe Financial for some 10 years.
David holds a Master of Laws, Certificate of Superannuation Management, Business Communication Graduate Certificate, Diploma of Company Directorship and Fellowship of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David Lyall - Founder, Managing Director
Founder and Managing Director of Millbrook Group, David Lyall is highly experienced and respected in the non-banking lending industry. With over 20 years experience in business, David oversees the day-to-day operations and management of the Millbrook Group of Companies which have been providing fixed income to its investors with a key focus on building long-term relationships, founded by a mutual trust.
David has owned and operated a number of businesses in home building, land subdivision, farming, insurance and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand and is a Responsible Officer for both the Millbrook Income Fund and the Millbrook Credit Fund.
With over 35 years' experience in the Banking and Finance industry with two major Banks where he held many senior management positions Geoffrey has a wealth of knowledge and experience in loan and security management, processes and compliance.
Geoffrey has been with the Fund since 2010 and is the Chairperson of the external Compliance Committee. He has previously been a non-executive Director, Internal Member and Chairperson of the Compliance Committee.

George has extensive experience in private debt funding, specialising in deal origination, structured credit and portfolio management. George joined Millbrook in 2020 where he has since been leading the deal origination for both Millbrook retail and wholesale funds. Prior to Millbrook he worked internationally for a leading UK short-term capital provider assessing and structuring their short-term bridging and asset back mortgages. Earlier in his career, George gained valuable commercial credit analyst skills working with one of Australia's major mortgage fund managers.
George holds a Bachelor of Finance from the Swinburne University of Technology and a Diploma of Building and Construction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Melbourne.

Matthew has been involved in banking and finance for over 40 years and has extensive skills in retail and commercial lending, and loan administration.
Since 2000 Matthew has been a Director of Capital Access Victoria Pty Ltd which operates as a specialist consultant in commercial property and business finance.
Matthew is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and holds a Diploma in Accounting, Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management).

Michael has over 36 years' property experience gained from an executive career spanning the likes of Knight Frank, ANZ Funds Management and APN Property Group Limited. At APN, Michael managed multi-billion-dollar investment portfolios including pure AREIT, hybrid (listed and unlisted) and Asian REIT funds. Having sat on multiple boards, he is currently Chairperson and Independent Non-Executive Director of Newmark Property REIT, and the Responsible Manager for property fund manager Bayley Stuart.
Qualifications include Bachelor of Business (RMIT); Diploma of Valuations (RMIT); Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment (Securities Institute); Member of the Australian Institute Company Directors.
Opal has over 20 years' experience in corporate accounting, financial services, big 4 consultancies, and FMCG industries. This includes working with KPMG, EY and Citibank.
Opal has overall responsibility for managing the finance function of Millbrook, taxation and regulatory compliance, operational risk management as well the Group's statutory and secretarial functions.
She is a Fellow with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), holds an MBA and is a member of CPA Australia and has a Diploma in Financial Planning.
With over 20 years professional experience in distribution and strategic management roles at APN, AXA, ING and boutique Managers, Peter has a deep understanding of the Australian and APAC wealth management markets. He has developed extensive relationships with key market participants, including private wealth advisory groups, researchers, asset consultants, platforms, advisers and investors.
