David Jiang

As the founding principal of the firm, David has over 25 years international and local experience in the building industry. Through his global project experience with large international firms, ING Real Estate China, and PraxAir Canada, David has gained valuable insights in understanding the needs of the clients, and to achieving the objectives of each project. He manages projects with a view from clients' perspective, and resolves complex project issues with simplified and cost-effective solutions. His client-oriented philosophy is the core of our service, which has earned trust of our clients with long-term relationships. David's representative project includes the Shanghai New International Exhibition Centre, Lambton College in Toronto, and Cestar College. David is also a project management and control specialist with a PMP certificate.

Jane Meng

  • Principal Engineer
Jane has over 20 years consultancy experience in several top international and local engineering consulting firms, including 6 years with The Mitchell Partnership Inc. as a Senior Engineer, and over 6 years with Hidi Rae Consulting Engineers as an Associate. Jane holds a Bachelor's degree of mechanical engineering from Tsing Hua University, China, and has comprehensive experience in all aspects of mechanical systems. She has worked on a variety of large complex projects with track record of project success. Jane's representative projects prior to MJ include MaRS Phase II, 25 York Street Telus, The Globe and Mail Centre, 111 Richmond Street West Revitalization, and Waterloo Region Consolidated Courthouse. Since joined MJ in 2016, Jane has been the principal engineer for a couple of commercial and institutional projects, notably Cestar College, and ACE Acumen Academy in Mississauga.
