Financial hardship was not what Clark and Courtney had planned when they moved to Buena Vista Colorado at the beginning of 2016. However, after the job fell through that brought them here, they kicked things into high gear finding ways to survive in the beautiful Centennial State. Courtney took a job at the local ski resort running a lift and Clark took several odd jobs doing tech support & web development while also working on his real estate license. Real estate had always been a dream and with the onset of a booming local market, Clark decided the timing was right to pursue education and getting licensed. Clark officially got his real estate license at the end of 2016 and quickly became a top producing agent with over $6 million in total sales volume his first full year. At the end of 2017, Courtney also became licensed and joined the team to better serve their clients and keep up with the fast pace of growth. They attribute their early success to being responsive, answering the phone, and going above and beyond to give clients the best possible real estate experience. As the real estate business took off, Clark and Courtney were finally able to purchase their own home in Buena Vista and pay off personal debt they had acquired through the hard times of 2016. Since 2017, their business has continued to experienced steady growth every year. 2019 brought lots of new growth as Clark was promoted to the managing broker for Worth Clark Realty in the state of Colorado and He and Courtney also welcomed their first child, Elliot, to the family. They were also able to sell their first local home and upgrade to their dream home in the mountains just outside of town. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, fishing, riding ATVs, skiing, and hanging out in Buena Vista drinking coffee.
