PALMER HOUSE

Palmer House is a three building gated community consisting of a total of 235 individual apartments. There are studio, one and two bedroom apartments nestled within a park like setting. Our community has 24 hour security, guaranteed assigned outdoor parking, and a wait list for limited indoor parking. There is also ample guest parking. Each building has its own laundry room, storage room and bicycle room. The superintendent and two of our maintenance staff live on the premises. One is on duty 24 hours a day for emergencies... We are convenient to all parkways, steps to express bus to NYC, as well as local bus to the Bronxville Metro North station. We are a short drive to Bronxville Village where you can find restaurants, pharmacies, grocery store, book store, delicatessens, dry cleaners, a library and many other shops. New York Presbyterian-Lawrence Hospital is minutes away, as well
