Ian is a principal and co-founder of iNNOVA Wealth Partners. He is a portfolio manager of all ETF strategies and oversees the firm's research efforts and development of new investment models. Ian is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in economics. Ian lives in Newtown with his wife, Kelley, and their two sons, Jack and Teddy. Ian and his family love taking their blue heeler, Rollie, out for hikes whenever they can. In his free time, Ian loves rooting for the Phillies and the Eagles, and he has been skydiving several times - which he loves! Ian also serves on the board for the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania.
Steve is Senior Vice President and is currently growing his niche market working with professional athletes and high net worth investors. His experience working with international athletes has allowed him to learn about the many intricacies and challenges that athletes and their families face both during their career as well as transitioning after their playing days are over. While celebrating with a client who plays for the Toronto Raptors after they won the NBA Championship, Steve got the opportunity to hold the real NBA Championship Larry O'Brien trophy! When he's not working, you can find Steve singing along to Disney Princess themes with his two young daughters, Alma and Lily.
Chip is a principal and co-founder of iNNOVA Wealth Partners. He is co-portfolio manager of several ETF strategies and is responsible for research and oversight of investment models. He is a graduate of Boston College, Carroll School of Management with a dual concentration in finance and information systems. Chip also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation as well as being an Accredited Investor Fiduciary. When he's not working, Chip is passionate about caring for animals. He's adopted three cats - Smoky, the Kitten, and Lucy - and enjoys spending time with his long-time girlfriend, Ivy, in Philadelphia. Few people know that Chip has been on (and won) Fear Factor with his sister!
