Andreea Popa is the Head of Marketing & Communications at Manhattan West, where she is responsible for raising the firm's brand visibility, supporting its business development, and leading communications efforts. Ms. Popa oversees brand and marketing strategy, creative, advertising, events, multimedia, and community outreach. She has a proven track record of building MarCom and MarTech platforms in the financial services industry, delivering impactful content and service offerings to clients globally through a data-driven digital experience. Before joining the firm, Ms. Popa led marketing and communications for the Equity Capital Markets business comprising investment banking, capital markets, institutional research, sales, and trading at D.A. Davidson & Co. Previously, she held roles at Intrepid Investment Bankers, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (NYSE: MUFG), and Houlihan Lokey (NYSE: HLI). She began her career at Standard & Poor's (NYSE: SPGI) in New York within the Ratings Information, Products & Services division, working on some of the rating agency's premier financial market intelligence products. Ms. Popa is passionate about giving back to the community and has been involved in non-profit work for more than 20 years. She is a recipient of New York University's Community Service Award. Currently, she serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Fundraising for the non-profit Positive Planet U.S., which assists small business entrepreneurs in underserved communities throughout the U.S. overcome the unique hurdles of starting a business. Ms. Popa earned a B.A. in Political Science and Broadcast Journalism from New York University. She has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the "Most Influential Marketers" in Los Angeles.

Austin Ho - VP

Austin Ho is a Vice President on the Private Equity team at Manhattan West. He is responsible for conducting due diligence, providing transaction support, managing companies in the portfolio, and determining suitable investments for the firm. Prior to joining Manhattan West, Mr. Ho worked at Intrepid Investment Bankers, a Los Angeles based investment bank and subsidiary of MUFG Union Bank, North America. During his tenure at Intrepid, Mr. Ho helped complete numerous transactions including sell-side mandates, buy-side acquisitions, and capital raises across a wide range of industries including consumer, digital media, technology, and business services. Mr. Ho graduated from Amherst College with a double major in Economics and Psychology, cum laude. At Amherst, he was a Senior Captain of the Men's Varsity Ice Hockey team and served as a resident counselor. Born in Louisiana and raised in Southern California, Mr. Ho enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. He is an avid golfer, an accomplished skier and enjoys relaxing at the beach when he is not at work.

Bill Ryan - Chief Compliance Officer

Thereafter, Mr. Ryan worked in operations & compliance at Argosy Wealth Management and Steel Peak Wealth Management, where he worked as the Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Manhattan West, Mr. Garcia worked for Los Angeles based Oakmont Corporation where he was responsible for the financial affairs of Cabo del Sol, a luxury master-planned real estate development in Los Cabos, Mexico. Prior to Oakmont, Mr. Garcia worked at Saban Capital Group, an $8 billion Los Angeles based private investment firm. At Saban, Mr. Garcia was responsible for managing a broadly diversified portfolio of investments in equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternatives. Prior to Saban Capital, Mr. Garcia worked in the private equity industry with Silver Canyon, a growth equity investment firm based in San Diego, California. Jim McCoy - COO

Jim McCoy is the Chief Operating Officer at Manhattan West where he is responsible for managing all operational aspects of the firm. As a member of the Executive Committee, he is also responsible for managing the interdisciplinary efforts of the firm on a global basis. Having founded and/or managed several investment firms over two decades, Mr. McCoy is uniquely qualified to lead our firm in delivering world class investment products and services to our client partners. Mr. McCoy began his career at J.P. Morgan and worked closely with traditional and alternative investment firms where he provided research and capital markets expertise. Following his tenure with J.P. Morgan, he Co-Founded an alternative investment firm and as Chief Operating Officer, he successfully guided the firm and its investors through the 2008 Financial Crisis. Next, he held senior level positions with several investment firms primarily focused on operations and business development. His investment management experience with a variety of investors, including individual, family office, wealth management, and institutional investors, makes him ideally suited to manage the complexity of our operational and business development efforts. Mr. McCoy graduated with a double major and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Washington, where he played Football and enjoyed two Rose Bowl Championships and a Co-National Championship. Mr. McCoy currently resides in Hancock Park with his wife and daughter. He has visited and/or transacted business in over 20 countries. Before joining Wasserman, Mr. Funk worked as an investment banker at Credit Suisse, where he specialized in leverage finance, covering financial sponsors and real estate and gaming transactions. During his time at Credit Suisse, he underwrote +$5 billion worth of financing for private equity firms pursuing leverage buyouts in sports, gaming, technology, healthcare, and consumer related businesses. Mr. Rollins utilizes his extensive experience in financial services at Manhattan West where he curates a modern integration of investment and wealth management expertise with estate and tax planning. Mr. Rollins has been a resident of Southport, CT for more than a decade, and actively supports the civic and social causes of his local community. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County, the Exit Planning Exchange, and the National Association of Divorce Professionals. He coaches low-income families at the Connecticut Association for Human Services and is an involved parishioner at Fairfield's St. Pius X. Prior to joining Manhattan West, Mr. Rollins held leadership roles-on both coasts-at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. and Fidelity Investments. Mr. Rollins earned a B.S. in Political Science and Government from California State University, Northridge. He and his wife, along with their three children, enjoy all the activities the Fairfield and East Coast region has to offer, including golf, kayaking, sailing, and biking.
