Josh Petersen has spent the last 20 years working in almost every capacity of the music industry here in Nashville, TN. After spending a few years working in radio as an on-air talent, he transitioned into the record label side of music - serving roles in marketing, sales, radio promotion, booking, and tour strategy at 4 different record companies. He founded Music City Management in 2013, and has worked with a variety of different artists in the Country, Rock, Pop, Christian, and Bluegrass genres focusing on creating ongoing opportunities for his clients, and helping them to achieve their musical goals and aspirations.
Wayne Petersen is a 46-year business veteran. He graduated from The University of Minnesota with an engineering degree after which he spent 44 years in industry in a wide variety of roles; the most recent of which was 10 years as the President and General Manager of a $50MM Houston-based company. Wayne's business background has given him a special acumen for sales, marketing, branding as well as global product and business development. During his tenure, his company introduced new domestic and global brands as well and expanded the business' footprint into South America and Asia with the addition of new products, customers and channels. This unique experience has also given him the ability to develop deep, meaningful and lasting relationships with customers at all levels.
