SCYTHIAN

Museum-reserve "Naples Scythian" was created in 2011 on the initiative of the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea... The exposition area of the Museum is a landscaped tourist area on the site of the southern Palace of Naples Scythian-the largest barbarian fortress of the Northern black sea region II century BC-III century ad, mentioned in ancient epigraphic sources... The creation of the Museum was preceded by a long history of archaeological research.
