Jennifer Hagan

Jennifer Hagan is an Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Jennifer began her career in nursing in 2013 and has been a nurse practitioner since 2018. Previous work experience includes working as a floor nurse on a cardiac/step down unit for 3 years, working as a floor nurse in an intensive care unit for 2.5 years, and now working as a nurse practitioner in a skilled nursing facility since October 2018. Jennifer grew up in Asheboro, North Carolina. She is married and with one dog and two cats. She has always loved working with the older adult population and looks forward to beginning a career that allows her to do just that. She currently cares for patients at a local skilled nursing facility and an assisted living facility providing a wide range of health care needs, from health maintenance, chronic care management, acute care management, and end of life care.

Kaitlyn Tedder

Kaitlyn Tedder, PharmD, is the clinical pharmacist at NC Eldercare and Horizon Internal Medicine. She received her doctor of pharmacy from Wingate University in 2018. She has completed certifications for pain management, diabetes management, and medication therapy management. She is involved in the implementation and enhancement of clinical pharmacy services including chronic care management program, medication utilization review, and medication adherence.

Rebecca Roth

Rebecca Roth is a provider with NC Eldercare. While she has been a nurse for many years she received her Nurse Practitioner in Adult/Geriatrics in 2010, then went on to achieve her doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2017. She works in Nursing and Rehab Centers caring for adults and geriatric patients in varied settings including skilled nursing care centers and assistive living facilities. She enjoys the variety and challenges that are involved in caring for patients, diagnosing, managing, and maintaining health care issues across the spectrum of aging. Quality is important as well as the pursuit of the highest integrity and ethical decision-making for the patients she cares for in facilitating the highest quality of life. On a personal level, she enjoys spending time with her family, music, and gardening.

Regina Ingle

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Gina Ingle, Psychotherapist for NC Eldercare, was born and raised in NC. While attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, she was a Child Welfare Collaborative Scholarship recipient receiving both her Bachelors and Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in individuals and families. Gina has an extensive psychiatric background. Since 2012, Gina has served diverse populations suffering from mental health and physical/emotional comorbidites. Her previous experience includes therapy within the homeless community and refugee communities as well as the emergency department and acute care settings. With the realization that the mind and body are one, Gina utilizes an evidenced-based, eclectic, patient-focused therapy approach with her patients including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance therapy, brief grief therapy as well as behavioral modification therapy and conflict resolution.

Tomika Williams

Tommy Perry

Tommy has more than 12 years of cardiac ultrasound experience. His background includes both inpatient and outpatient settings. He graduated from Pitt Community College in 2006 with a certificate in Echocardiography. Prior to that, he earned a BS in Biology from Campbell University. He has been registered with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography since 2007 and is very happy to serve the assisted living population with NC Elder Care.

Whitney Clendenin

Whitney Clendenin is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and licensed by the state of North Carolina. She began her nursing career in 2013 and has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017. Whitney obtained her Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Nursing degree at Western Carolina University in Asheville. She provides care to patients in post-acute and long-term care settings. Whitney strives to provider-patient and family-centered care that encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis and management of common and complex healthcare problems.
