Bill has over 30 years of experience in most aspects of commercial real estate development, planning and construction. He has been integrally involved with many significant projects and developments in his career. He is passionate about creating exceptional spaces that enhance and improve assets, the surroundings and the region.
He attended Auburn University and Georgia Tech. Bill and his wife Susan have lived in Atlanta for more than 30 years and have two grown children.

Gavin supports New City's Neuhoff project in Nashville, TN.

George Krauth establishes and manages the creative vision for New City's assets through design, branding, marketing and placemaking initiatives. Prior to joining New City, George worked at Jamestown nine years where he served as Creative Director and managed the Creative & Marketing team as Vice President. Previously he led business development and site acquisition for a Tennessee-based development company in twelve states.
George graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Master of City Planning in Real Estate and Building Construction. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee. He resides in New York and Nashville.

Holland supports financing, development, and asset management activities for New City. Previously, Holland worked at JLL in Atlanta on the debt and equity placement team, arranging financing for office, retail, hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use properties, including New City's Neuhoff development in Nashville. Holland came to JLL's capital markets team through the acquisition of HFF in 2019. She is active in the real estate community as a member of CRE615 and WCRE in Nashville.
Holland graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. She currently resides in Nashville, TN.

Jade Auzenne's primary responsibility is to manage the lease up, stabilization and overall strategy of New City's developed assets. Prior to joining New City, Jade worked in Asset Management at Jamestown Properties where she worked on a portfolio of office, retail and multifamily assets, primarily on the west coast and in the southeast. Prior to Jamestown, she worked in the Private Bank at JP Morgan and the Corporate Bank at Bank of America, both in New York City.
Jade completed her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds an Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. Jade is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and currently resides in Old Fourth Ward with her husband Mike.

Jim Irwin is the President of New City, LLC and directs the company's real estate development and consulting operations, as well as new business pursuits. Over the course of his career, Jim has been responsible for nearly $2 billion of new investment around the United States.
Prior to founding New City, Jim served as a Senior Vice President at Jamestown Properties, leading the development of Ponce City Market, a 2.1 million square foot former Sears, Roebuck & Co. distribution facility that was originally constructed in the 1920's. During its redevelopment, the project was one of the largest and most significant historic renovations underway in the United States.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College, where he played football for four years. After college, he served as a legislative aide to two U.S. senators and a U.S. representative before returning to Atlanta to pursue a MBA with a concentration in real estate finance at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Jim and his wife, Elisabeth, live in Atlanta with their three children.
Joslyn supports construction management, design coordination, and pre-planning activities for New City. Previously, Joslyn worked at Carroll Daniel Construction Company managing the design and construction of various industrial projects.
In 2022, Joslyn graduated from the Morehead Honors College at the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Joslyn has an EIT certification and is working to become a licensed Professional Engineer. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

Maitland Thompson serves in a project management role for New City's direct investments and consulting operations, assisting with design, construction management, and financing activities. Prior to joining New City, Maitland worked at Jamestown Properties, where he helped to develop and execute on the firm's strategy for several mixed-use development projects throughout the Southeast.
Maitland graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance. Afterwards, he worked with KPMG in a financial consulting role, and subsequently spent a year developing educational courses for an Argentine brokerage firm in Buenos Aires and Patagonia before returning home to Atlanta. He is a CFA charter holder, member of the Urban Land Institute, and currently resides in Inman Park.

Will Agee supports financing, development, and asset management activities for New City. Previously, Will worked in the asset management group at Jamestown Properties on a variety of retail and mixed-use projects. Prior to Jamestown, he worked at Realty Trust Group, a healthcare real estate consulting firm.
Will earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia. He resides in Atlanta with his wife, Lauren, and their dog, Georgia.
