Mashood, with over thirty years of industry experience in Sourcing, Business Development, Operations (with P&L responsibility) is a mechanical engineer who has had a successful career in multi-national companies such as TE Connectivity and Framatome Connectors International (FCI). He has an in-depth knowledge in precision tooling industry and a rich experience in upgrading and scaling up operations and technology in this domain.
Mashood's exposure in diverse markets such as Aerospace & Defence, Automotive, Consumer, Appliances and Industrial helps in understanding clients' needs and applications quickly to identify the right supplier. He has been associated with several OEMs and Tier1 manufacturers in the above markets. Based in India, he has extensive experience in establishing a reliable supplier base and working with the top management to enable taking strategic investment and capacity building decisions. His business foresight works as a catalyst in identifying business access for our clients in the emerging market of India and to forge strategic alliances.

Prashant is a seasoned business leader. He has, over the past 30 years in corporate life, worked with the Oil & Gas, Automotive, Electronics Industry and the Private Equity/Venture Capital space.
He has been responsible for sourcing at Maruti-Suzuki, the market leader for passenger cars in India. He also led, as its CEO, TEI technologies an electronic components manufacturing company (an international joint venture between Tyco Electronics and Elentec of Korea, that he had set up while with Tyco electronics) that produced CRT sockets, remote controls, cable assemblies and control boxes for consumer electronics majors in India. Under his leadership the company set up an efficient supply chain (sourcing from South East Asia) that catered to just in time requirements of the customers.
At Tyco Electronics he was also responsible for M&A and integration of global acquisitions.
