With over 28 years experience, I guide clients that may need nursing home or home care, or are planning for the future possibility of such an event, through the complex Medicaid regulations, gather documents, file Medicaid applications, monitor Spend-downs and help to protect assets. I work with Elder Law attorneys, Accountants, Financial Advisors, Geriatric Care Managers and other professionals as needed to coordinate all aspects of an Estate Plan. My Fiduciary Services include serving as Trustee, Co-Trustee, Executor or Co-Executor, Trust Protector and Personal Administrator on behalf of individuals and families, as well as Estate and Trusts, Personal Care Management and Bill Pay Services.
