Mr. Ng is the CEO of Oneday Asset Management and one of the founders of Profundas Capital Limited, the investment manager of 4 funds and has invested over RMB 5 billion in aggregate. He has ample experience in capital market operations, management, financing, investments and listing of companies in China and abroad. Prior to Oneday, he was the Vice-President and CFO Shanghai Haixin Plush (600851.SH), CEO of STO Express, Vice-President of PAG Asia and General Manager and Financial Controller of New World China Investment Limited. He has also served in KPMG and SFC.
Mr. Ng holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Australian National University, two masters' degree in finance and law, a member of the Australian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant.
