David Greenwell joined the faculty of the Paul Dickinson College of Business at OBU in the summer of 2020, as an Assistant Professor of Accounting. Prior to joining OBU, he was a partner with RSM US, LLP, the fifth largest CPA firm nationally and internationally. David has provided insightful tax and consulting services to clients from a wide range of industries including, energy, technology, manufacturing and real estate for more than 40 years. In addition to his tax and consulting experience, David was the Financial Investigation and Disputes leader for RSM in Oklahoma. For more than 20 years he led forensic investigations and provided expert testimony in numerous federal and state district courts, as well as representation before the Internal Revenue Service Appeals Division.
Mr. Greenwell is the former chairman and current board member of the Oklahoma Accountancy Board, and has served on several professional committees with the OSCPA and AICPA. He is a former expert resource person for the White Conference on Small Business and served as an instructor for RSM's internal professional training and external events such as the Tax Executive Institute.
Since 2011, David has served on the City Council of Oklahoma City, representing Ward 5. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City Redevelopment Authority, Good Shepherd Ministries, and the Oklahoma City Museum of Art.

Dr. Craig Walker enjoys teaching students how they can use their business skills and their knowledge about our economic system to create opportunities for others. He has published and presented papers, leading to discussions on topics such as "Have Children Experienced the Economic Recovery?" "How Do We Measure Animal Spirits?" and "What Do Business Students Want to Ask About Their Faith and Business?" Walker has served as the president of the Southwestern Economics Association and is currently the treasurer of the Southwestern Social Science Association. He is a faculty sponsor for the Enactus team at OBU. He is involved in Community Renewal in Shawnee where he and his wife serve as Block Leaders. He also serves on the board of the Shawnee Education Foundation. He is a member of University Baptist Church where he is a deacon and Sunday School teacher.

Biography
Dr. David Houghton joined OBU as the Dean of the Paul Dickinson College of Business in August 2010. Before his appointment at OBU, he was a marketing professor and the department chair at Charleston Southern University. He served in a similar capacity at Northwest Nazarene University prior to his service at CSU.
Houghton's research focuses on a wide range of topics in consumer psychology, managerial decision making and business ethics. His research has appeared in a number of journals, including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Psychology & Marketing, Marketing Letters, Journal of Consumer Psychology, and Advances in Consumer Research. He serves on the editorial board for the Journal of Biblical Integration in Business and the Society for Consumer Psychology.
Along with Dr. Craig Walker, Houghton serves as a co-advisor for OBU's Enactus team. Houghton is passionate about helping business students view their careers as a calling and viewing business as mission. He is a champion for Enactus because it is a powerful way to integrate faith and learning at OBU.
Houghton and his wife have three children. He enjoys serving at Heritage Baptist Church in Shawnee, reading, and playing the bagpipes.

Biography
Dr. Justice joined the OBU faculty in 2015 after spending 20 years in public school education. She serves as the Director of Field Placement for the Teacher Education Program at OBU and teaches much of the coursework for the special education preperation program.
Dr. Justice taught in various schools in Kansas and Oklahoma teaching both general and special education classes to K - 8th grade students. Prior to coming to OBU, she was the Director of Special Education Service for Elgin Public Schools. Dr. Justice holds an Oklahoma Teaching Certificate in elementary education and mild-moderate disabilities. She also holds an Oklahoma Principal Certificate at the Elementary and Secondary levels.
Dr. Justice earned a Bachelor's of Science in Special Education from Oklahoma Baptist University. She then earned a Master of Education in Administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Special Education from Grand Canyon University.
Dr. Justice and her husband Chris have been married for twenty five years. They have three daughters, Emily, Bailey and Rylie, and one son-in-law, Colten. Dr. Justice's family is actively involved at Regency Park Baptist Church where her husband serves as the worship pastor.

Dr. Heath A. Thomas became the 16th President of Oklahoma Baptist University on Jan. 1, 2020. He joined the OBU faculty in 2015, serving as dean of the Hobbs College of Theology and Ministry and the associate vice president for church relations. Thomas also served as interim dean of the Divisions of Behavioral and Social Sciences and Language and Literature, and the Floyd K. Clark Chair of Christian Leadership. Before coming to OBU, he served as director of Ph.D. studies and associate professor of Old Testament and Hebrew at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
A 1998 OBU graduate, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English literature with a religion minor. He then earned a Master of Arts in Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Ph.D. in Old Testament from the University of Gloucestershire (UK). He also earned a certificate for leadership in higher education from Baylor University in 2016.
He is the author of numerous books, including, "The Minor Prophets: A Theological Introduction" with Craig G. Bartholomew, "Habakkuk: A Commentary" (Two Horizons Old Testament Commentary Series) and co-author of "The Gospel of Our King: Bible, Worldview, and the Mission of Every Christian." Passionate about opening up the Scriptures for today, he preaches and teaches regularly, and he has served on staff at churches in Oklahoma, Texas, North Carolina and the United Kingdom.
Dr. Thomas is married to Jill and they have four children: Harrison, Isabelle, Simon and Sophia. They reside in the Shawnee area with their magnificent Weimaraners, Smokey and Kobe.

Dr. Keith Harman joined the Paul Dickinson College of Business in 2006. Prior to arriving on Bison Hill, Dr. Harman taught at Southeast Missouri State University, National-Louis University, and Northcentral University.
A native of Oklahoma, Dr. Harman attended OBU from 1970-1972 and later completed a B.S. in Social Studies from the University of Oklahoma, an M.Ed. in Vocational Education from The University of Oklahoma, a Ph.D. in Higher Education Management at The University of Oklahoma, and a Master of Arts in Finance and Operations Management from Webster University. He also participated in a post-doctoral study program at MIT and later at the U.S. Army War College.
Dr. Harman's career includes service in higher education as a faculty member, department chairperson, dean, campus director, academic program director, and university trustee. He spent six years in the U.S. Army eventually serving at HQ level in logistics and strategy. He has served at the executive level in a private foundation, a community property and land development association, and in a government agency. He began his career in the commercial banking business later spending ten years as a consultant with Fortune 100 organizations through his work with the Juran Institute. Today he serves as an advisory board member to an IT consulting firm, a university executive MBA program, an insurance company, and as treasurer of a local arts organization.
His interests include travel, hiking, digital media, modern art, fishing, baseball, college football and "classic movies."

Biography
Dr. Young joined the OBU faculty in 2014 after spending 14 years in public school education. Before coming to OBU Dr. Young spent five years at Moss Public School teaching second and fifth grade and nine years at Grove Elementary School teaching kindergarten, second and fourth grade. She holds Oklahoma certification in early childhood education, elementary education, middle school language arts and middle school social studies.
Dr. Young earned a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. She then earned a Master of Education in educational technology from East Central University and Doctor of Education in early childhood education from Northcentral University, Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Biography
Rebecca Marie Farley joined the Oklahoma Baptist University faculty in Fall 2016, after serving in McLoud Public Schools for 22 years. Positions that she held there include teaching in self-contained fourth, kindergarten, and first grade classrooms. She also spent a total of 5 1/2 years in the focus area of literacy at McLoud Public Schools in Title I, Literacy Resource Specialist and Reading Specialist positions. Dr. Farley is a National Board-Certified Teacher. Her area of national certification is Literacy: Reading-Language Arts/Early and Middle Childhood. Dr. Farley and her husband, Tracy, have been married for 39 years. The couple worships and serves as members of Hilltop Baptist Church. They enjoy spending time with their three amazing daughters, sons-in-law, and seven precious grandchildren.

Dr. Timothy P. Darr joined OBU with more than twenty years experience in the computer science and computer information systems industry. Dr. Darr is passionate about preparing students for careers in computer science and information technology by providing the skills and tools that employers value (not just Theory or book learning).
Dr. Darr is an (ongoing) artificial Intelligence (AI) technology researcher and practitioner with particular focus on knowledge representation, human decision modeling, and intelligent agent modeling. He has practical experience in applying a multitude of cutting-edge technologies to real-world problems, including: natural language processing and understanding, data mining, machine learning, deep learning with neural networks, sentiment and opinion mining, social network analysis, and social media analytics. He has working familiarity with a variety of programming languages (C, Java, Python, Clojure, Visual Basic, Prolog, Lisp), data and knowledge models (RDF/OWL, JSON, XML/XSL), query languages (SQL, SPARQL), programming methods (object-oriented, functional), and software project management methods (waterfall, agile, scrum, X programming). Dr. Darr's publications have appeared in refereed journals and conferences. His research has appeared in invited workshops. He has co-authored chapters in books on concurrent engineering and expert systems.
