Sebastián Oddo has more than 20 years of experience in litigation, having taken part in the most relevant conflicts of our country in the past two decades. He also has extensive experience in capital markets, corporate advise, regulated markets and competition matters.
He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 1992 and has been a professor of procedural law at the same institution since 1996. He attended the programme for foreign lawyers of the Southwestern Legal Foundation in 1998.
Previously he was partner at the firm Vergara, Labarca y Cía. (2000-2014). Prior to that he was an associate at Cariola, Diez y Perez Cotapos (1991-2000). In-house counsel of Unilever Chile 1997-1998. Binghan, Dana & Gould 1998.
