ONETrack International's mission is to build awareness of the Global Orphan Crisis and promote innovative orphan-care solutions by encouraging our Transition to Home approach to family reunification that is tailored to the culture and communities in which we work... At the community level, ONETrack supports children's projects that place orphaned and vulnerable children in the households of trusted guardians within their communities of birth, or those that take preventative measures to ensure that children who are at-risk of being placed in institutional care, will not be separated from family because they lack crucial resources. We support host families by funding essential services for children, such as education, health care, and the caretaker support required to keep families together in a secure environment.
