Operation Shield was founded by Marine Corps Veteran Emmanuel Martinez in January 2016 in Edinburg, TX and serves residents within the Rio Grande Valley (RGV). Our mission is to empower individuals to be their own first responder by preparing citizens with the ability to defend themselves and their loved ones in the most stressful situations. In an uncertain world, we use our elite military training, experience, and leadership skills to develop students into self-reliable individuals with introductory courses from the License to Carry (LTC) to more dynamic courses that WILL challenge your physical and mental abilities... Operation Shield is a firearms academy located in Edinburg, Texas offering the BEST License to Carry (LTC) course in the RGV.
