Dr. Brian K. Gladden is the founder and CEO of The Strategy & Innovation Institute (SI2) - a management consulting firm that helps Mid-Sized Businesses Grow, Innovate, & Execute So Your Company Thrives. As an expert in strategic planning, and corporate innovation, Brian helps executive teams create the vision and roadmap to find new customer segments and develop a culture of innovation. The process is about assessing where you are now as an organization, where you want to go, and how to get there. Dr. Gladden realized that the last step in the process of executing and measuring innovation initiatives was missing. He researched frameworks such as The Balanced Scorecard to help fill the gap, but realized they were not dynamic enough, nor used by the whole enterprise. He was introduced to OKRs in 2019, and then met Ben Lamorte and started collaborating in 2021. He joined the OKRs.com team in 2023.
