Brittany joined the Ollis/Akers/Arney team in 2015 as an account manager in the employee benefits department. Before joining our team, Brittany worked for more than nine years with various medical carriers. She brings this experience to benefit all of her clients and lends a unique perspective to her team.

Charlie Lemoine joined the Ollis/Akers/Arney team in 2001. After graduating with a marketing degree from the University of Texas in Arlington, Charlie started his now long career in insurance, working as an assistant underwriter for Continental Insurance. He moved through the ranks in Texas, working as a senior underwriter for a commerce industry insurance company (AIG) and then as an agent for Alexander & Alexander of Texas until a move brought him to Branson and Ollis/Akers/Arney in the early 2000s.

Elizabeth Albin has previous experience as a bookkeeper at Choate's Pump Service and Well Drilling, as well as working at the Bolivar Airport. After joining The Paul Long Agency in 2011, she is now a commercial lines account manager here at Ollis/Akers/Arney after the merger. Elizabeth obtained an associate's degree in accounting and holds her property and casualty licenses. She is a member of the Technology Advisory Group with Grinnell Mutual.
Elizabeth focuses on her family, which includes her husband and daughter, and loves anything outdoors-from fishing to kayaking and gardening to riding dirt bikes; she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty for the thrill of the outdoors!

Elizabeth Drewry joined the Ollis/Akers/Arney team in 2013 as an account manager in the employee benefits department. She is a lifelong resident of Stone and Taney County and worked in restaurant and entertainment management until becoming a stay-at-home mom in 1994. She moved to Springfield to work in the trucking industry as a driver recruiter until she returned to the Branson area in 2001 in the wholesale restaurant business before joining Ollis/Akers/Arney.
Outside the office, Elizabeth enjoys getting crafty and spending time with family and friends. She is married to Mike, and they have three children and a dog.

Hon. Elizabeth Rohrs has served as Associate Circuit Judge in Polk County since 2015, where she is the Family Court judge. Prior to her election, she was engaged in private practice, served as Bolivar Municipal Judge and adjunct university instructor. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Columbia School of Law.

Erica is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), is a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist (CHRS), and has achieved her Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation.
Evan Bradley joined the Ollis/Akers/Arney team in 2022. Evan is a Branson native and has over 15 years of management and operations experience in a resort and golf community setting. He is licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health and works in the small to medium-sized business risk division, Core Solutions. Evan is active with Taney County Partnership and the University of Missouri Extension Council and is also a PGA Business Management Graduate.
Evan is married with two children and loves to golf, go boating and attend sporting events.

Jeff Eiserman joined Ollis/Akers/Arney as a commercial risk advisor in February 2009. Working in several industries, including manufacturing, education, and financial services, he understands today's complex insurance market of data security and cyber liability.
In addition to holding the designation of certified insurance counselor, Jeff received national recognition in 2016 as one of the industry's "Hot 100" Insurance Professionals by Insurance Business Advisor. He was named to the inaugural class of Springfield Business Journal Trusted Advisers in 2014.
Jeff graduated cum laude from Missouri State University and gives back to the community by serving on non-profit boards and speaking as an insurance and risk management experts across the Midwest.

Justin Coyan joined Ollis/Akers/Arney as the personal lines private client advisor in May of 2019. With his educational foundation in business and diverse work experience, including software technology, healthcare, and economic development, he understands the risks and exposures that executives and business professionals often encounter.
Justin graduated with a bachelor's in administrative management from Missouri State University, followed by a master's in business administration from Webster University. He is a graduate of Leadership Springfield and recently recognized by the Springfield Business Journal as one of the region's 40 Under 40 recipients.
Justin is a native of the Springfield region, growing up in Rogersville, and now resides there with his wife and two children. He enjoys giving back to the community in various ways, including serving on the non-profit board Isabel's House, the crisis nursery of the Ozarks.

Karen Shannon is vice president of business consulting/CHRO for Ollis/Akers/Arney. Karen has served in senior leadership positions in banking and human resources for over 30 years. She and her team provided HR services to 5,000 employees across the United States, United Kingdom, India, and Mexico. Today, she works with worldwide clients on key business and HR strategies, resulting in cost savings upward of $7 million.
Karen received her MBA and BA in business administration and economics from Drury University. She is a graduate of Leadership Missouri, past president of the Junior League, and was appointed to the board of trustees for banker education for the Missouri Bankers Association. Karen has also served on the board of directors for numerous organizations and is a regular presenter at national and regional conferences.
Karen was recognized in 2000 by the Springfield Business Journal in its inaugural class of the Most Influential Women in Business.

Kayo worked for Sprint as a project analyst for seven years and is now experienced in the insurance field with her 16+ years of holding her property and casualty license and was newly licensed in life and health in November 2017. She worked for Joy Dobbs Insurance for 14 years, the Paul Long Agency for one and a half years, and is now a team member of Ollis/Akers/Arney.
Kayo is a member of The Lady Eagles, and when she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also loves to golf and support her daughters in their activities of gymnastics and softball.
Kevin Robbins joined Ollis/Akers/Arney in 2010. He graduated with a degree in business administration and a minor in marketing. Kevin is licensed in life, accident, and health as well as property and casualty.
