PARADIGM DH - Key Persons
Dana Samarneh has joined Paradigm DH team in July 2015 to pursue her career in architectural design after studying architectural engineering at the University of Jordan (B. Sc/2015).
Dana participated in several workshops to enhance her skills. She has 5 years of professional and extensive experience in concept design, construction drawings, technical coordination between different engineering disciplines along with her skills in 3D visualization for various projects.
Ethar Al-Sinjilawy joined Paradigm DH's team in January 2020 pursuing her passion in construction management after graduating BSc in Civil Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2018.
Ethar has a proven track record of delivering projects successfully and on time, managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, maintaining efficient communication channels, and ensuring the project's required standards are met.

Hasan has acquired his master's degree in Architecture and Urban design from Städelschule (University of Fine Arts, Frankfurt am main, Germany) in 2019, and his Bachelor's in Architecture from German Jordanian University in 2014.
Hasan took place as a research and teaching assistant at the German Jordanian University, and worked with several architectural practices in Munich, Germany.
Jana Abou Nasr has joined Paradigm DH team in August 2021 to pursue her career in architectural design.
Jana studied architectural engineering and specialized in interior architecture at the German Jordanian University (B. Sc/2021).

Leen has joined Paradigm DH in October 2022, to pursue her career in design.
Leen studied Design & Visual Communications at the German Jordanian University (B. Sc/2021).

Marwan Shaqour received his BA in civil engineering from Hashemite University of Jordan in 2012.
He joined Paradigm DH in November 2016 and has diversified experience of 8 years in site supervision and project management.
Mohammad is a financial expert. He has a bachelor in Finance and economics.
Mohammad focuses on financial challenges companies face such as cost control, revenue maximization, cash flow, feasibility studies, corporate valuation, and value creation for low performing businesses.

Muhanad Al Naji received his BA in civil engineering from Al Balqa University in 2009.
He joined Paradigm DH in March 2016 and has 10 years of experience in site supervision, coordination, budgeting, and project management.
Nadine Hussein has joined Paradigm DH team in July 2019 to pursue her career in architectural design.
Nadine studied exterior and interior architectural engineering at the German Jordanian University (B. Sc/2019). She is an architect that has proven ability in interior design and concept development along with technical and construction drawings.

Rakan Al Weshah received his M.Sc. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Jordan in 2019 and his B.Sc. in Civil engineering from the University of Jordan in 2015.
He joined Paradigm DH in March 2019 and has diversified experience of 5 years in site supervision and project management.

Rayah has joined the team October 2020 to fulfil her desire in expanding her knowledge in Digital Marketing and Business Development.
Saja Nashashibi completed her degree in architecture from the University of Jordan in 2004. After which she had the chance to work with a multi-disciplinary corporate in Amman on a wide range of projects, from interior to urban planning.
In 2010, Saja managed to fulfill part of her dream and establish Paradigm Design House. Paradigm DH was a chance to shift the paradigms of current thinking and approach to design in society to a completely different one.
Along with the professional practice, in 2009, she has started her academic experience by teaching at the University of Jordan and currently an industrial professor at the German Jordanian University. Saja is a multidisciplinary designer, the winner of Arab Architects Awards 2018. Her work has been published recently in several magazines and blogs.
