PALEO CHEER

Welcome to our little family at Paleocheer. I'm a recipe blogger, I like to cook, and I love sharing my recipes... But, it wasn't too long ago that I was carrying around an extra 40lbs of fat. And that fat brought baggage! I was depressed, under slept, overworked, and I was so very very grumpy... I've spent the last 2 years on the Paleo diet and I've never been happier. It completely changed my relationship with food. I no longer look at food as something to stuff myself with until the next meal, but as a source of fuel and nourishment.
