Adrienne is an "honest broker" known for rolling up her sleeves to ensure her work makes tangible impacts for her customers. Adrienne is a seasoned change management expert and consulting professional. She has managed transformation projects across the federal government including many components of the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and multiple civilian agencies. During the first decade of her career, Adrienne provided strategic advice to Fortune 500 executives for their Get Out the Vote campaigns and communications. Adrienne holds a BA from The George Washington University and is a certified professional coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). She was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut and resides in Washington, DC. She enjoys spending time with her dog Poppy and spoiling her nieces and nephews with large noisy gifts.

Andrew Pohle - COO

Andy Glaser

As a Senior Vice President at Partner Forces, Andy Glaser leads strategic growth and business development for the firm. He develops innovative solutions to expand service line offerings and spur strategic growth while preserving the unique and values-driven culture of Partner Forces. Andy has more than 20 years of technology and management consulting experience, specifically in strategic planning, organizational efficiency, business transformation, and information technology management. Since 2006, he has been focused on the Homeland Security mission working with FEMA, CISA, US Secret Service, CBP, TSA, and USCIS. He is an experienced project manager, leading large emergency management and homeland security programs, and a business development executive, winning numerous competitive projects across DHS. We empower our people to try new things, without fear of failure, making everyone stronger.

Brian Peeler - COO

As Chief Operating Officer at Partner Forces, Brian Peeler oversees strategic growth initiatives, business and financial performance objectives, and corporate operations. He focuses on revenue growth, program performance, customer relations, technology development, marketing, communications, and employee growth and development. Brian has over two decades of management and information technology experience across industries including homeland security, defense, health and human services, and telecommunications. His project experience spans the complete program and project management life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and close out. Prior to joining Partner Forces, Brian was responsible for program and project management activities related to the administration, operation, transition, and management of professional services contracts. Brian holds a BS in Mathematics and Physics and MBA from Virginia Tech and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). When taking a break from project schedules and large data extracts, Brian enters (though rarely wins) steps challenges with friends and explores local parks in search of the perfect picnic spot. We integrate honesty into everything we do, resulting in strong relationships with enhanced rapport, ultimately leading to the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Courtney Bristow - SVP

As a Senior Vice President at Partner Forces, Courtney Bristow leads our People Operations team. Courtney has more than 20 years of experience in the consulting industry, spanning large-scale technology program and project delivery, strategic advisory and business consulting, and agile coaching. She transitioned her career to company operations, with a people-focused lens, leading strategic initiatives and merger and acquisition integration, as well as operations as a COO. Throughout her career, she has focused on listening to her clients and collaborating with teams to solve tough challenges and improve outcomes. The diversity of thought and perspective I have seen in all our team members makes our opportunities to collaborate, and the resulting outcomes, so much better and more thoughtful. I truly enjoy learning from my colleagues every day.

Debbie Nguyen

As a Director at Partner Forces, Debbie Nguyen supports the Department of Homeland Security. She provides data analytics by applying critical thinking, research, and analysis to present clear and actionable data-based solutions that inform and mitigate risks to our national critical functions. Debbie has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis. She has written and conducted numerous studies and has created statistical reports for Congress. Debbie is adept at translating information into compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards in Tableau. Prior to joining Partner Forces, Debbie was a federal employee for the Judiciary, where she served as a program manager with an emphasis on data management and data governance.

Greg Raaberg

Greg brings over 13 years of industry and advisory experience in the energy sector as well as a wide array of assurance services. Throughout his career, Greg has led teams across a diverse portfolio of successful projects, including data analytics, cybersecurity compliance, process control network security, as well as environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG). Greg is adept at articulating cybersecurity risks, challenges, and solutions to all levels of an organization, including senior leadership.

Jennifer Chaggaris - VP

She is a recognized expert in infrastructure protection and the homeland security doctrine, regulations, and partnership framework built post 9/11 to manage the risk and threats to our country. Partner Forces' founder and CEO Jenny Stone launched her consulting career providing mission support to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) during its infancy as a newly established executive department. After working side-by-side DHS and its various agencies for nearly 15 years, Jenny extracted a common theme across her experiences. Most often, the difference between success and failure in tackling security and risk challenges came down to the quality and commitment of the partnership.

Kelly Gulley

With more than 17 years of experience in federal consulting, Kelly's work spans multiple sectors, including nonprofit, academia, healthcare, and the private sector. Her consulting experience includes advancing critical efforts with the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Transportation, Department of Health and Human Services, and Department of Homeland Security. Kelly also supports our work with the Healthcare Distribution Alliance, bringing expertise in public health, health IT, financial forecasting and monitoring, curriculum development, and qualitative and quantitative research.

Lauren Moeggenberg
