She was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut and resides in Washington, DC. She enjoys spending time with her dog Poppy and spoiling her nieces and nephews with large noisy gifts.

Andy has more than 20 years of technology and management consulting experience, specifically in strategic planning, organizational efficiency, business transformation, and information technology management. Since 2006, he has been focused on the Homeland Security mission working with FEMA, CISA, US Secret Service, CBP, TSA, and USCIS. He is an experienced project manager, leading large emergency management and homeland security programs, and a business development executive, winning numerous competitive projects across DHS.

As Chief Operating Officer at Partner Forces, Brian Peeler oversees strategic growth initiatives, business and financial performance objectives, and corporate operations. He focuses on revenue growth, program performance, customer relations, technology development, marketing, communications, and employee growth and development.
Brian has over two decades of management and information technology experience across industries including homeland security, defense, health and human services, and telecommunications. His project experience spans the complete program and project management life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and close out. Prior to joining Partner Forces, Brian was responsible for program and project management activities related to the administration, operation, transition, and management of professional services contracts.
Brian holds a BS in Mathematics and Physics and MBA from Virginia Tech and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). When taking a break from project schedules and large data extracts, Brian enters (though rarely wins) steps challenges with friends and explores local parks in search of the perfect picnic spot.

Courtney has more than 20 years of experience in the consulting industry, spanning large-scale technology program and project delivery, strategic advisory and business consulting, and agile coaching. She transitioned her career to company operations, with a people-focused lens, leading strategic initiatives and merger and acquisition integration, as well as operations as a COO. Throughout her career, she has focused on listening to her clients and collaborating with teams to solve tough challenges and improve outcomes.

As a Director at Partner Forces, Debbie Nguyen supports the Department of Homeland Security. She provides data analytics by applying critical thinking, research, and analysis to present clear and actionable data-based solutions that inform and mitigate risks to our national critical functions.
Debbie has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis. She has written and conducted numerous studies and has created statistical reports for Congress. Debbie is adept at translating information into compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards in Tableau. Prior to joining Partner Forces, Debbie was a federal employee for the Judiciary, where she served as a program manager with an emphasis on data management and data governance.
As a Senior Consultant at Partner Forces, Greg Raaberg provides extensive cybersecurity, information technology, industrial control systems, data analytics, and project management experience to support our clients.
Greg brings over 13 years of industry and advisory experience in the energy sector as well as a wide array of assurance services. Throughout his career, Greg has led teams across a diverse portfolio of successful projects, including data analytics, cybersecurity compliance, process control network security, as well as environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG). Greg is adept at articulating cybersecurity risks, challenges, and solutions to all levels of an organization, including senior leadership.

She is a recognized expert in infrastructure protection and the homeland security doctrine, regulations, and partnership framework built post 9/11 to manage the risk and threats to our country.

Our history is rooted in service and partnership. Partner Forces' founder and CEO Jenny Stone launched her consulting career providing mission support to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) during its infancy as a newly established executive department. After working side-by-side DHS and its various agencies for nearly 15 years, Jenny extracted a common theme across her experiences. Most often, the difference between success and failure in tackling security and risk challenges came down to the quality and commitment of the partnership.
As a Director at Partner Forces, Kat Kendrick applies her expertise in physical security and cybersecurity to customer support at the federal and local levels. Her current focus is terrorism prevention and preparedness policy.
Kat has over a decade of experience in the Homeland Security space. She began her career focusing on physical security policy and stakeholder engagement, before transitioning to more technology-driven aspects of security and defense.
As a Senior Consultant at Partner Forces, Kelley Sanabria oversees the completion of major project deliverables for multiple clients, ensuring high client delivery satisfaction. With a strong focus on Partner Forces' world-class culture, she facilitates company-wide stakeholder coordination, instilling corporate values and ensuring successful program execution.
With over 15 years of experience across public, private and non-profit sectors, Kelley leads DC-area community-based engagements to expand Partner Forces' corporate presence. A strong team player and lover of people, she co-leads Partner Forces' internship program and its relationship with Black Girls Code, as well as leads corporate awards initiatives.
As a Senior Consultant, Kelly Gulley leads program evaluation initiatives for the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) and Tribal Cybersecurity Grant Program (TCGP). Her focus areas include program and project management, financial forecasting and monitoring, contract management, program evaluation/research proficiency, and data collection and analysis.
With more than 17 years of experience in federal consulting, Kelly's work spans multiple sectors, including nonprofit, academia, healthcare, and the private sector. Her consulting experience includes advancing critical efforts with the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Transportation, Department of Health and Human Services, and Department of Homeland Security. Kelly also supports our work with the Healthcare Distribution Alliance, bringing expertise in public health, health IT, financial forecasting and monitoring, curriculum development, and qualitative and quantitative research.
As a Senior Consultant at Partner Forces, Lauren Moeggenberg supports strategic development initiatives and risk mitigation strategies for critical infrastructure including cyber and pipelines. She is an expert communicator who creates collaborative environments at many stakeholder levels where she delivers succinct research analysis and recommendations.
With nearly a decade of experience in consulting and policy at the federal and state levels, Lauren is adept at creating actionable solutions to nuanced security issues. Through her work in multiple federal agencies, she is skilled in developing tactical risk assessments to identify critical infrastructure vulnerabilities in a variety of sectors.
As a Director at Partner Forces, Long Cao provides data and risk modeling solutions across the Department of Homeland Security portfolio. He leads corporate projects to improve and mature business processes, plan and implement strategic technology initiatives, provide employees with technology training and pursue regulatory accreditations.
Long has over 20 years of experience in data science and information technology, having developed strong technical expertise in data modeling, risk analysis, data visualization and business intelligence development. Throughout his career, Long has supported the Department of Defense and other federal agencies, state and local governments and private sector stakeholders. Prior to joining Partner forces, Long provided leadership on day-to-day IT operations, O365 administration, AWS and VMWare management, network management and regulatory process and security standards implementation as a Senior Technology officer.
As a Director at Partner Forces, Marc Parker leads a team supporting the government in building security capacity for critical infrastructure and state and local governments across a multitude of threat vectors.
Marc is experienced in project management, strategy and policy development, and research and analysis. His subject matter expertise includes security capacity building for critical infrastructure, incident management, operations support, stakeholder relationship management, communications, and training. Marc has a proven track record managing multiple fast-paced, high-visibility, mission-critical projects concurrently and for multiple stakeholders.
As a Senior Consultant for Partner Forces, Martin Kobylarczyk leads a CISA project, where he applies his expertise in business analysis, data analysis, business process improvement, and stakeholder outreach and communications.
Martin has seven years of project experience at federal government clients, including CISA's Cybersecurity Division, the Federal Protective Service, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the U.S. Army. Additionally, he supported veterans' advocacy, where he helped build, manage, and evaluate programs and initiatives for nonprofit organizations.

As a Vice President at Partner Forces, Ronni Alton oversees contract management and compliance capabilities, as well as manages the company's growing joint venture portfolio. Ronni has more than 23 years of corporate management experience, specifically in cost and pricing, contract negotiations and management, and legal compliance. Prior to joining Partner Forces, Ronni held executive positions for 12 years, working with a diverse range of government contractors, including large, mid-size, and small businesses.
Ronni attended the University of Virginia with a concentration in Contract Management. She resides in Spotsylvania, Virginia, with her husband and five children. Ronni enjoys spending time with her family, including attending her children's sports and extracurricular activities.
