Dr. Rubina Shakil

Dr. Rubina Shakil is a Board Certified psychiatrist serving the Dallas-Forth Worth communities from her office in Frisco, Texas. With more than 10 years of experience in the field, Dr. Shakil and the staff at Psychiatric Associates of North Texas, PA are dedicated to helping people find and live their most meaningful lives. She strives to give her patients the power to face, overcome, or work through challenging life circumstances. Dr. Shakil has a wide range of experience in the community, providing psychiatric services to people with: Depression Anxiety Addiction Bipolar disorder Schizophrenia Eating disorders Insomnia ADD or ADHD OCD Alzheimer's disease Reproductive issues She also has experience treating PTSD, which she acquired during her time serving soldiers and veterans at the Dallas VA Medical Center. Dr. Shakil earned her doctorate degree in psychiatry from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. She is dual Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in adult as well as geriatric psychiatry. Previously, she was an assistant professor at UT Southwestern Medical School. Dr. Shakil provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and offers treatment for all psychiatric disorders. She's fully dedicated to serving her community, and is currently accepting new patients.

Nicole Eberle

Nicole obtained a Bachelor's degree from Texas Woman's University, where she studied Child Development. She continued her education by obtaining a Master's of Science degree in Community Counseling from Texas Woman's University. She is also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). Nicole completed a master's level internship at both the TWU Counseling and Family Therapy Clinic and the Women's Center of Tarrant County. While interning with the Women's Center of Tarrant County, she developed and directed a psycho-educational support group program based on issues around healthy relationships. During her clinical coursework, Nicole received training in individual, couple and group counseling. She works with a wide range of clients, including: pre-adolescents, adolescents, adults, couples, and families on a variety of topics related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, social skills, anger management, communication skills, coping skills, divorce, domestic abuse, grief and loss, life changes, relationship conflict, self-esteem, and self-harm.
