We are a non-profit group that through leveraging our Participate, Play, Perform model facilitates our vision for athletes, coaches, administrators and officials to develop and grow with the sport of rugby on Prince Edward Island and beyond. We strive to create a collaborative, supportive ecosystem for all players, coaches, referees, fans, so that the entire community can feel welcomed and safe.
