Jeff began his career in production at Marlette Homes in Hermiston, Oregon, where he learned the tenens of speed, production, and accuracy. He acquired broad experience and training over a large spectrum of residential construction combined with a dual focus of speed and economics. He quickly advanced with his work ethic and then set out on his own, operating Jeff Moody Construction for nearly 20 years where he and the teams he built focused on high-speed, high quality framing doing work for many major general contractors in the Northwest including WC Construction, Kase Construction, and Hayden Homes, among others. He's framed many custom homes and performed work for wineries. With all projects, Jeff brings onsite an unrivaled attitude towards production and quality, with a good degree of fun.

Justin started his construction story at an early age, watching his father buy homes and renovate them. This evolved into the Pearce Woodfield Development, a commercial real estate development firm that reached its pinnacle of success with $50MM in holdings and working with national brands such as Starbuck's, Walgreen's, RiteAid, Safeway grocers, Blockbuster, Hollywood Video, and numerous others. Justin served as a project manager for them throughout its active development and oversaw some of its more interesting projects, including the Hamley Western Store and Saddle Shop, the Hamley Steakhouse, some historic renovations - covering projects throughout the inner Northwest. Justin enjoys the working with the client and managing the project.
